discharge is normal, its the bodys natural cleansing. smelliness is normal too, it is a major gland and sweats a lot. if you are starting to transition and your body is starting to change/develop, then your body is going to smell differently. it is hard to tell sometimes.. but if you are in pain then see a doctor. if not, it may just be natural, and you're not used to it yet. before you have sex, u need to know your personal body inside and out, what you like and dont like, and know how to communicate and demand respect. you can have sex at any age, all around the world there are different "standards" for the appropriate age. but it is really when YOU are READY. not what anyone else thinks.

You're welcome for the advice! Being a young lady going into womanhood, you need to take care of yourself inside and out. If you get into this habit of taking good care of yourself while you are still young, then you will carry this throughout your whole life! Remember that you are the only one that knows your own body the best. So if you feel there is a problem with your health at all, then you need to see a doctor. What you re describing sounds like a yeast infection but I'm not completely sure. Whatever it is, please get it treated before it starts causing anymore health issues. Good luck and take care! Remember that you come first before anyone else in your life! Please keep us posted.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This foul smelling discharge is due to bacterial vaginosis. In addition to unpleasant "fishy" vaginal odor, thin white or yellowish discharge from vagina may also be present. Diagnosis can be confirmed after microscopic examination of the vaginal discharge.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Firstof all in my opinion, you're way too young to even be thinking about having sex with anyone! As for the discharge issue, it sounds like you may have a yeast infection which needs to be treated with medical cream. Make an appointment to go see your doctor and have him/her check you down there. You may even be able to be referred to a gynacologist who looks after young ladies of your age. If there is a teen health center where u live, you maybe able to go there and get treated. Or they will be able to direct you to the right source. You also may have a uranary track infection which would also require to be treated through a doctor. Either way, you need to see your family physician or go to a teen health unit to be seen and treated. I wish you all the best. Please don't do something stupid like go out and have sex way too young. Concentrate on your education and just be a kid while you can.Maybe writing a list of accomplishments down that you would like to do before you're an adult would help you to focus. Good Luck
