whats wrong with me?

Hello,:) Im new at this so here it goes; im 22ys old and i have been sexually active for about 2 1/2yrs(not well educated on std's), and i started to notice changes in my body about a few months ago. for the last 3 months i have been having out of the normal blood clots, and bad cramps, back pain and bloating etc. lets just say my cycles have been BAD. my last cycle was late by a week( not common for me to be late)while i was WAITING to start, i began to notice this thick discharge( white) wich had no bad odor but as the days went on it kept changing ,and thats when  i noticed that it was almost like water with a bad smell. i wouldnt say fishy smell but it smelled odd. and on top of that i have been having abdominal pains that come and go.it almost feels like pressure and it feels hard. could this be an std? or am i looking at bacterial vaginosis, or ovarian cancer?   Please help im not sure what to do.

Just wondering are you using condoms?? If not, I think you could definitely have a STD or possibly a yeast infection, etc. I would make an appointment with your physician just to check things out. Are you getting regular pap smears with your GYN, this will help keep a check for abnormalities & some cancers? If you find it is a STD, be sure to have your boyfriend checked and treated, otherwise you just keep passing it back & forth. Good luck.
