I cannot stand up from a sitting position....why????

I can barely get up out of bed lately. Very hard to get up from sitting on floor, or even up from a chair. It is a nightmare. My knees, esp. the left one-  are very weak, and my legs (left ankle, calf, especially) have been swollen for over 15 years. I have had back problems for most of my life, but nothing like this. I feel lame at times now.Dread going to the drs. A few years ago, my legs felt like they were filling up with cememt...got very stiff and bloated. When will it end??!! God have mercy.

I also have heel pain, foot pain: plantar fasciatis. I used to get shots in my feet, but have no energy to even go get all these treatments any more.
