I have a lump in my breast

Im a 21 year old female and have just recently felt a lump in my breast. Its about the size of a grape and it dosnt cause any pain when you touch it. Im so very terrified that it could be breast cancer but at the same time I am trying to think of all the reasons why its so ridiculous that id have breast cancer, such as the fact that im only 21 and live a completely healthy lifestyle, anyway if anyone could let me know if theyve experienced a similar lump or know of someone who has then id be extremely greatful, thanks

Im doing well thank you. None of the symptoms you stated are happening to me, its just this lump, and no there isnt any family history of cancer let alone breast cancer. My main concern is timing, can waiting a few weeks to get it checked make that much of an impact on the severity if it should turn out to be cancerous?

Hi,
How are you? Are there other symptoms present like nipple discharge, dimpling, nipple retraction or pain? Do you have family history of cancer? The lump in your breast may be caused by hormonal changes, a cyst or nodule that warrants further evaluation by your doctor. Regular self breast examiantion is also highly recommended. Take care and do keep us posted.
