I have a womens problem. Need some help...

i have been shaving my bikini area for a while and then stopped. then i have been noticeing that i found 2 bumps on my labia. 1 is small like a pimple. the other is probably about 1/2 inch. i'm not that sure whats going on. i have had these since february of this year. i thought it would go away, but didn't? i'm really concerned?  i have been married for 15 yrs and have tested for std's with negative results. Should i be concerned???
can this be the cause of shaving orsomething else? has anyone experience this same or similar situation?
any advice would help....

Thanks to All for your responds.
Yes It has grown in size and when I wear jeans or the weather is hot it burns and turns red. then my husband wants to have intercourse and it hurts a lot. you all know how that hurts. so it aggreviates it more. i wish it would go away. i know i have to go to the dr and do something else maybe dr can prescribe meds/antibiotics or something.
Again that to all of you.

It's probably  ingrown hair however just to be on the safe side go see your family doctor and get second and third opinions at clinics.

It is a ingrown hair that has become infected which causes a cyst, I have had the same problem and it went away after a couple of weeks. Try a warm flannel, to ease the pain but do not squeeze it or touch it cos it can make the infection worse.

Hi,
it may just be a mole or ingrown hair even. These are quite common and nothing to worry about. Have they changed in size or colour? Do they hurt if touched? If STDs have been ruled out and it really bothers you maybe get your doc to do a biopsy. Good luck!
