I have an invisible lump on my labia confused what it is ?

Hi I have herpes virus 2 since I was 18 I don't get outbreaks often anymore. Yet I used to really bad .  but I feel one coming on .I also have fibromyalgia, hashmitoes, CFs, as of Easter I have eaten a bit chocolate often for depression not out of needing it ,also alot coffee last few weeks .it feels uncomfortable being in clothing I only wear cotton underwear as am elergic to lace and nylon so I'm a little confused with what's going on its sore to touch and is uncomfortable with my underwear .im lying down as I no my body isn't well please help
