I have bumps on my inner labia, Help!

I'm 16 years old, I've had sexual relations with 4 people since I was 13. I've had unprotected sex at least once with 3 of those people. The last time I had unprotected sex was about 2 years ago.
So basically, a few days ago, I had noticed that I have a bump on my inner labia, by my clitoris on the right side. I have yeast infections on and off so I can't tell you if the bump was itchy itself. It doesn't hurt much unless I touch it. Even then, the pain is bearable and only lasts a second or two. I've had this happen in the same exact spot about 6 months ago. I don't know what it could be! I was tested for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and trich a few months ago. I haven't been able to get blood work done for the other std tests yet due to insurance issues. The bump is skin colored. It burns sometimes. My nails were longer and sharp before and when I masturbate, I only stimulate my clitoris..... I was hoping I had just scratched myself and not realized it or something like that. I don't know what's going on though. Please help!
