I have uterus lining of 23mm

I am 37 with two children and my periods have become less regular with sometimes 6 or 8 weeks in between a scan showed my lining was 23mm and I came on the next day I am very scared as everything online says cancer can it be something else

If your periods don't come for 6 or 8 weeks, no wonder your lining was 23 mm.  Ask your doctor if you should go on a monthly progesterone suppository for ten days or so.  Once you stop the progesterone, a period comes.   Then get your lining checked again after a couple of months of regular periods at the 4-week point.
