I need help , bleeding after masturbation

Please no being delibertly making rude comments. I understand my age and the risk etc etc.

So I am 14 year old girl. I am not penetration sexually active but I've had oral sex and I've given etc.and Im pretty active with this. Point is, I masturbate with an electric toothbrush, and I make sure to wet it before I do it and I wet it once it becomes dry. but, after a while, I'll go to wet the brush and realize that my clit is bleeding and there is a tear? I am not sure but this happens every single time. and my vagina will hurt when I pee/wipe and wear clothes that brush again it. Ive lost sensation for the most part I think, and Im incredibly worried. The toothbrush is the only thing thats helped me orgasm. Ive gotten ate out before but had to make him stop because I could literally not feel anything.

Also, on another note, I'm not sure if this is related, but I have tried having sex before, multiple times with multiple different guys and so I'm guessing i'm the problem in this situation? I can never have sex. I dont really know how to explain it, but I'll be horny and turned on but guys can never get their **** in. I think something might be wrong with me. I have had them finger me, and one even broke my hymen, but I cant take **** for some reason. Ive tried at home, alone, by trying to stick things in me and it just doesnt help.

Is this normal? Am I just freaking out? Im too scared to tell my mom but she knows that I use the tooth brush and stuff cus she caught me once. Im just extremly worried. Anything you can say will help. Thank you
