I trip a lot when i walk and run

I am 17. Before I used to trip once in awhile but recently i have been tripping (on flat roads) a lot in fact some times when i walk i feel like my muscles wont stretch anymore. i feel strength less only in my legs specially the muscles below my knees. In this situation the more i force myself to walk the more i trip.
i don't wear heels. my right foot twist and it is really painful if i don't bend when it happens. I never had any leg injuries like fractures.

So, neurological issues can cause this.  We have what is called 'motor planning'.  This basically involves our nervous system and how it communicates with our muscles.  At 17, you probably should talk to your parents about this and ask their advice. They will probably take you to the doctor and you can explain what is going on. by the way, how long has this been happening?

Sounds like something you need to talk to your doctor about- many things could be causing this (the way your brain is processing, possible a muscle issue, etc) so get to a doctor and explain the situation.
