I woke up with pain on the surface of my labia majora?? Help !

i woke up this morning with pain near my labia majora. I thought it was just sore because my underwear was a little tight. It is now almost 5 in the afternoon and it still is sore to touch (feels like when you touch a bruise) and there’s a little bump on the inside but it is NOT surfaced I have to push down to feel it ?!! What does this mean ? I’ve looked up cysts and everything but this doesn’t seem like one ??  & I I’m not sexually active at all
