IS THIS OVULATION

OKAY I WENT TO THE BATHROOM AND WHEN I WIPED LIKE A LONG STRING OF CLEAR SNOT LOOKING STUFF CAME OUT IT WAS CLEAR SO I ASKED MY COUSIN AND SHE TOLD ME I COULD BE OVULATING IS THIS TRUE COULD I HAVE BEEN OVULATING

Sounds like ovulation to me!

Yes, this type of discharge is often described to occur when ovulating. There are also other symptoms associated with ovulating - bbt and detection of the hormone - LH (which can be detected by ovulation strips).  Also ovulation occurs sometime around the 14th day following from the first day of you last period.  Hope this helps answer your question.
