I’m feeling a sharp pain deep in/under my right breast

What could cause this? I’m feeling a sharp pain deep in/under my right breast (maybe in my lung, I can’t tell) it:
- Does not travel

-Hurts in the same exact spot every 45-60 seconds.

- Feels similar to a mild muscle injury (only difference is this is like a pin-point pain)

-It hurts all on it’s own, not affected by movement or breathing.

Hello~It sounds like costochondritis to me, however, if it continues, for your peace of mind, I would see your GP. The encouraging thing is it is only in one spot, usually when that way, it isn't too serious.
