Implantation bleed or normal side effect from Plan-B?

Hi. I had a intercourse 7 days after my period started. Usually my period has 30-35 duration but highly irregular.
It was protected sex, with condom (leakage checked, and no leak), and my partner did not ejaculate at all.
After 15 hrs from intercourse, I ate Plan-B to make sure that I will not be pregnant from that event....
And I just spotted brown blood on my underwear and I am having mild cramp...... (About 6 days after taking Plan-B pill).
I am so scared that this will be a symptom of implantation bleed, and I don't know what to do with this....
I know this is little early to see any symptoms but still I feel like today is 14th days from my period start.....
and I feel like 2 weeks are usually enough to see some symptoms like implantation bleed?
Please give me any answers to my problem... thanks.

But if you're really that anxious, then have your urine testes for presenve of hcg. Usually hcg cant be detected in your body 7 days after the implantation

Yes. And besides you took plan B. I also have a very irregular cycle, ranges from 13 days to 40 days. Lately, I had been experiencing 30-33 day cycle so My boyfriend and I tried to have a completely unprotected sex, he even came inside me. We had an intercourse just 9 days before my presumed period. I was already 5 days delayed from my expected date so we took a pregnancy test but we got a negative. And just 2 days after we checked my urine I already had my period.
