Inflamed cervix, smear and std test -all clear.

Hi all,
Wondering if anybody has similar story to mine and could possible give me an idea.
Ever since the birth of my second baby 13 months ago, intercourse has been painful. A deep pain.
My discharge has been very heavy, mucousy throughout most of my cycle, usually white or clear, however it sometimes comes through light green. Never any odour.
My left ovary reguarly hurts ( a dull ache) and sometimes sharp pain - no matter where I am in my cycle.
My periods can last up to 10 days, if I have a shorter period, I can spot for up to 5 days afterwards. They are also much heavier than before.
I've just recently visited my gyn who during examination, explained my cervix was red and inflamed. She took several swabs, std's, bacterial swab and pap smear. All of which have come back clear.
I'm now being referred for colposcopy. Anybody had or know of anyone in a similar situation?

Thanks for your reply.
They looked for pcos on my ultrasound, and nothing was found. They just said my left ovary, which is the one i get pain from, is quite superficial. Gyn said this does not concern her as its probably because i'm slim.
I hate the waiting!
