Is this an ectopic emergency???

I am worried about ectopic preg vs miscarriage and have had severe abdominal pain, with dizziness on a couple occasions during most severe cramps. My abdominal area was very distended and tight and I have been bleeding moderate with obvious tissue masses passing largest being golf ball size and fluid filled seemingly. That was 1.5-2days ago. Symptoms are better but still have tender pelvic region. I would rather wait a bit if this has just been a bad miscarriage, but I am also worried to let an emergency go too long. I have no public transportation where I live either so it's an issue even getting to a Dr on short notice. Please help with any advice

Hi there.  Likely that it is not an ectopic pregnancy as you seem to be expelling it.  But I'm very sorry for your situation.  How far along were you? To be safe, you probably would be best to get checked but this sounds like a regular miscarriage sweetie.  Can someone drive you to the doctor?  Certainly someone can take a bit of time out of their day to help you out.  Do you work somewhere that would also  be close to a clinic, urgent care, your doctor or ER?

Thank you so much for your concern and comfort. I think that I was somewhere around 8 weeks. And you are right I would say,I just had a bout of moderate cramps followed by expelling a heavy rush of blood with large golf ball sized tissue mass. The cramps are present still but not too bad.  I plan to get myself to urgent care in the morning and I can get ins. Paid med transport with a referral from there for a scheduled time to an OBGYN.  Just hearing from someone with calm kind words has helped me immeasurably. Thank you so much, and for any other comments left by others.
I'm so sorry.  I agree with specialmom - it's not an emergency, emergency.  You should do everything you can to get to urgent care tomorrow, though.  The danger lies in infection, if any tissue is left behind.  That's not going to happen tonight, or likely until you stop the heavy bleeding.  I hope you'll feel more comfortable tomorrow, and I'm sorry for your loss.  Not what any pregnant woman wants to experience :(
