Irregular/early periods- appears every 12 days... sometimes

I am a reasonably recent mensturator, being 13 years of age and having started my period for the first time roughly 4 months ago, and have already had about 5 or 6 visits from Mother Nature (Apologies for being bad at tracking my period). I have become slightly concerned and mostly annoyed at the irregular behaviour of my period, sometimes light, sometimes heavy, sometimes every 30 or so days, other times every 10 or so. I honestly cannot track it, and although I have been lucky so far, I am sure to have some embarrassing accidents in the future. My current period arrived yesterday, just under 12 days after my last, with abnormally heavy flow for myself and surprisingly no cramps. I have dreadful cramps most period-sessions, often reducing me to tears, which arrive a week or more before my period then continue throughout. So to me, no cramps was surprising. I am not sure whether this is related, but I have also had killer headaches in replacement of cramps, and, excuse me for mentioning, diarhea, which I would not have mentioned if i hadn't seen it in relation to cramps in the past. I am just wondering if anyone out there has or has had anything like this, and what the hell to do about it, or at least advice on how to deal with entirely unpredictable and chaotic mensturating.

I am 14 years of age and I started my period beginning of last year, I was too also very frustrated with the irregularity and then the sudden periods and no pattern but honestly I think that just might be the fact that you just started your period that's very expected when you just start.
