*Irritation after masturbation*

One more question...
I have a very active sex-life (one partner)
But from time to time i still my 'me' time :)
My question is...
It seems like every time that i masturbate, a few days later my vagina has a white discharge. Doesnt smell or anything but im wondering if after i have an orgasm (even after i wash up and all) does it just sit up in there and collect or something which may lead to the white stuff? It goes away after a few days but it has always stumped me. I have been advised to never douche but i have to admit i have--i usually empty out the douche solution and just put warm water in it and rinse myself out...is that ok?
thanks all for reading and i will be waiting to hear some news (hopefully good news lol)

It could just be the kind of fluid that the vagina secretes to make sex easier, having accumulated when you did your (ahem) 'exercise' and then draining out.  Whitish fluid is not generally a concern, like if it were green or smelly or something.
