You mention that you are still in a lot of pain, but don't mention where that pain is, how long you've had it, etc.

When you had the STI testing and PID testing, did the do anything internal, like a swab test or a pelvic exam? Did you bleed after those?

I just did a quick google for "bleeding after orgasm no penetration" and quite a few results came up with endometriosis. They were anecdotal, on reddit and such, but I also found this on our site - https://www.medhelp.org/posts/Polycystic-Ovarian-Syndrome-PCOS/Bleeding-after-orgasm-NO-PENETRATION/show/1968783

Many results also mention being on birth control pills or the Depo shot, or other hormonal birth control methods.

Depending on the pain you are having, endometriosis may account for this, but definitely talk to your doctor.

The pain is in my groin and lower left stomach and always feel very tired with constant headaches and achy body when I was tested for STIs I didn’t bleed I don’t ever usual bleed like this Ive been on the depo shot for nearly 5 years now and I’ve never experienced anything like
You might google Depo side effects and see if this is listed. Five years is a long time to be on one method of birth control, it might be time to change it out for the Pill or just condoms and foam for a while and see if you feel better and the bleeding stops.
