I'm Late!

I just turned 24 and I have had periods for 11 years now. I have always been regular and never missed a period or had any problems until now. My last period was around June 10th. My cycle is usually about every 33 days, which means that I am very late! Since I am a few weeks late I took a pregnancy test today but it came back negative. It was a cheap one but does it matter? I'm not sick and my boobs aren't tender so I dont really have any pregnancy signs either. Also I haven't been exercising or stressed so what is going on?

I have not had any changes to my environment  at all. My two best friends that I hang out with all the time are pregnant one is 10 weeks and the other is 16 weeks. Since they dont have periods anymore could that effect me so that I dont have one for a month? Also I have had really bad stomach cramps lately. What could that mean?

Sometimes the body just skips a period or sometimes it adjusts to the pheremones of other women around you so your cycles coordinate.  If you have changed to a new situation such as a work situation or new roommates, that might be happening.
