Is it possible for UTI's to go away on it's own

I have had three uti's in the past 6 months. By the time I go to the doctor my symptoms go away is this possible?

Thank you for your comment back, but even if the symptoms are totally gone will it still get worse?

I saw my doc yesterday and she gave my RX for an ultrasound/CT/ UA w/ CS
for when or if my symtoms come back we can see what is happening. Because i feel it is just unnessarry testing if everything turns out norma like my u/a has.

No, they don't go away on there own. In fact, if you leave them alone they will just get worse and will eventually turn into a kidney infection.
