Is it possible to be pregnant after endometrial ablation and tubal litigation?

I have had 2 pregnancies, both C-sections. With my last I had my tubes cut, tied and burned. That was in 12/2012. In 06/2016 I had the NovaSure EA done due to heavy menstrual bleeding. I experienced some very light spotting and usually only when I wiped, until March 11th I had some moderate bleeding bright red in appearance. I was a little shocked but just brushed it off. Shortly after I began developing symptoms over the next month, including nausea, fatigue(very tired like abnormally tired) I would doze off in the middle of conversation, i fell asleep at a new job on my first day! My breasts have been tingly, sore, just overall annoying/irritating feeling. The soreness mostly subsided but the breasts feel more softer and jigglier lol if that makes sense. I am rather small chested with deflated breasts lol but they just feel different to me. My nipple appear larger as well. My pelvic area has been hurting at first it felt like it could've been stretching muscles then felt like cramps. The pain to shift from one side to the other. I went to the ER because I was becoming short of breath, and would feel weak from doing simple tasks like walking the stairs or getting my kids dressed. I would attempt to drink energy drinks just to try and get through the day (which I know is not healthy) but the level of tiredness I experience is crazy! Well the ER was so packed I left and went to a much smaller hospital that had no wait. The first thing the doctor asked the nurse to ask me is why did i come there? So now Im feeling a little upset, being that if i am feeling abnormally weak and short of breath I felt like it was reason enough to go there. But he just kept insisting I go to OB. He went ahead and took a urine sample and did an ultrasound and a transabdominal US. I had an empty bladder so I don't think they got clear images with the regular one but the trans US I could tell she was looking at something. Then she asked me if I was experiencing any pain, and starting being "more" nice to me afterwards... The dr returned to say I had cysts on both ovaries left bigger than right and to go see my OB doctor. I felt like the entire visit I was pushed to see my OB. I never was told the results of my urine they never drew an blood work. So not knowing if im anemic or anything that couldve been causing my weakness. I now have an appointment next week with my old OB doctor so hopefully I will receive some definite answers. (finger crossed I'm not just crazy) lol

Hi.  I'm sorry, I think you most likely have just what the doctor said, cysts on your ovaries.  With reproductive issues such as ovarian cysts, an OB WOULD be the logical choice of doctor to see.  I think it is very doubtful that you are pregnant as tubal is considered permanent sterility.  An occasional woman does conceive but those pregnancies are often tubal pregnancies.  So, go see your OB and get this sorted out. Come back and tell us what is going on, okay?  good luck
