I had my youngest son via c-section 4yrs ago, and I had a tubal ligation at the same time. My periods are usually normal, but I am 2 days late. I am experiencing nausea, breast tenderness and mood swings. Is it possible to become pregnant after having your tubes tied and should I take a pregnancy test??
