Is it possible?

Ok so I have P.C.O.S....
My fiance and I have been trying for 3 years and now I've missed my period for September. I have symptoms that come and go (heartburn and nausea) and some stay (appetite increase, weird cravings, cravings in general, insomnia, low energy, and sex drive increase)..
My question is, is it possible?
I've taken several preg tests and All have come up negative...
I'm trying not to stress just to see and someone told me that antibiotics can mess with your cycle as well?
I'm taking antibiotics for a cold I had so could someone help me out????
I'm soo confused. Lol :/

The ER doc told me I have sinusitis and needed antibiotics... so idk lol

My periods was irregular then I was put on the depo which made it worse and I was gaining weight too fast so I got off of it and for the last like 2 years my periods have been pretty normal and I'm not taking any birth control, but I missed last month so I was just curious. Lol thanks so much! :)

Strange that you're taking antibiotics for a cold, which is caused by a virus, but that aside.

You can get pregnant with PCOS.  It's just harder.  It's my understanding irregular periods aren't exactly strange for PCOS either, though.  I would suggest seeing your doctor.  They can do a blood pregnancy test (more sensitive) and, if this is the first time you've skipped your period, they could try to figure out why you missed it.
