Ok so my vaginal lips are stretched out and when i kind stretch them to see the have these weird bumps on the i have never had sex and my mom never had a std i haven't even kissed someone in like 6 years ( im lonely) and the bumps dont hurt or burn im just scared and also can masterbaiting alot mess up your ph balance

Nope, this is probably just the normal texture of the area. It isn't always just smooth so I would not worry.
