Is my gf pregnant or finally having her period?

So my gf and I had unprotected sex I believe a day or so around she was ovulating. Now one week later she had some bleeding but then next day it was lighter then day after that was nothing. I actually was thinking maybe could be implantation bleeding. Now a couple days since then she had another bleed today. Her period was suppose to come in another 2-3 days anyway but we both wondering what going on cause she never had this happen before where she has bleed a week early before her period and the fact that it lasted 2 days and now she is bleeding again a few days later few days before her period is suppose to happen. No cramps or anything else yet it’s just been the bleeding really so speaking for us both does anyone know what could be happening? Is she having her period finally but if so why did she bleed for few days a week ago or could she had had the implatation bleeding and could be pregnant or maybe did but miscarried? Does anyone know and can help us out?

In reading your question, a few things come to mind.  A woman can have mid cycle spotting/bleeding and it can be due to a cyst which is common and not dangerous.  Implantation bleeding happens but not as commonly as the internet would have you believe.  And it's more like spotting and not bleeding.  Chemical pregnancies happen and it is usually around when one would have gotten their period and is then confused for a period.  Not sure if this is the case with your girlfriend.  Early on like that, it basically feels like a period.  With today's tests, women find out they were pregnant when years ago, women never knew.  Anyway, your girlfriend wants to wait a day.  Her choice, of course. She 'could' take an early response test which gives a result 4 days before you expect your period.  I personally have a hard time being patient so am sure you really want to know.  You could go buy the test yourself and give it to her.  :>)

Symptoms are generally too subtle in early pregnancy to be associated with it.  I would not assume her headache or such is related and actually, those same things happen with pms and stress.

So, go buy her a test and then she has no excuse to not take it.  And . .  . if negative, buy condoms. Always use them.

Implantation bleeding is typically more spotting compared to bleeding- however, it's possible given the time frame that you had unprotected sex around the suspected time of ovulation- that she could be pregnant.  Many other things can cause bleeding at various times.  If she is on a birth control pill, mid-cycle bleeding occurring isn't exactly uncommon.
At this point, get a test and have her take it- just to be cautious and get a better idea of what the result of that is.  Other wise, I wouldn't be overly concerned about the mid-cycle bleeding unless she sees it start to become a pattern- then she can get to her doctor to have an exam.

thank you for your response it means alot. She had more bleeding today was little heavier which is typical right with it being her period. But she still unsure and just confused as to why she bleed last week for the 1-2 days then nothing and now she bleeding again just few days before her period was suppose to start and yet she has no cramps or anything else other than a headache she has had a headache on and off now i think for a week or so now so i dont know if that means anything too.
I told her to take a test but she wants to wait till tomorrow to see if she gets more heavy bleeding but yeah i mean i just wish she take the test just to rule it out for sure you know
