Is this a yeast infection?

2 weeks ago i took keflex for 5 days for a procedure i had. I also started yaz about 2 weeks ago as well. I also had a hemorrhoid a couple of weeeks ago too and used prep h. Last week i used it only once. Could these all contribute to a yeast infection?

The symptoms im experiencing ar redness and cottage cheese like discharge.  Im not itchy unless there is discharge. But i noticed under my vagina opening it looks bumpy or raised forcytes. Does inflammation occur and do this? I have such a fear or herpes and i tested negative for hsv 2 but positice for hsv 1. Never had a cold sore but since i know that you could have hsv 1 genitally, im so paranoid that i could have it there.

If someone could please shed light on the symptoms of a yeast infection i would really appreciate it.

Ya, that sounds like a yeast infection.  It CAN cause irritation of area around there.  Keflex is well known for causing yeast overgrowth.  Over the counter monostat one day ovules work well for me.  Or you can talk to your doctor for a pill to relieve the situation.  good luck

Thank you.  But are the raised forcytes common? I think its forcytes bc its on thelining of the inner lips toward the opening of my vagina. I guess when i see anything resembling a "bump" or something raised i freak out
