For the past couple months I've noticed that my underwear are wet and I'm not sure what it is and it looked like it bleached my underwear and it scares me....

Hi there,
This is completely normal discharge (as long as it doesn't come with a foul odor or discoloration). Discharge is reliant on the things you intake, so start tracking any vitamins, supplements, or foods you ingest that may cause this to happen more.
