It burns when i urinate

Hi. I'm 25 years old and I never had sexual intercourse. But I have received oral sex recently. It burns when I urinate. So I took a look and did a little research and it kind of look like vagina fissure. Is it possible for me to have fissure? How do I treat it?

It burns when my urine is hitting a wound. I don't have the urge to urinate but thank you so much for your help.

Hi there.  Well, it depends when the burning happens.  Does it burn like at the end of the urine stream --  like after you start OR does it burn like urine is hitting a little wound?  They are different and one requires a doctor to prescribe antibiotics ---  when it is a urinary tract infection.  Another symptom of a UTI is a frequent urge to urinate.  If it is a little wound that hurts when urine hits it, those generally get better in a couple of days on their own.  They heal up and no more pain.  good luck
