Itching and tiny growths near the vaginal entrance? also white discharge and swollen vaginal lips

Past 4 days there has been itching in my vagina. it was only day before yesterday i noticed some red rash kind of thing which looked like tiny growths. The itching gets little relieved on applying clotrimazole ointment. but i am worried about the tiny bumps. and want to confirm if it is yeast infection or any other infection. any idea?
and i just noticed a lot of white discharge and the vaginal lips had swollen up. the picture has been taken before the swelling.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to allergic reaction or contact dermatitis to your undergarments, sanitary napkins or tampons, soaps, fungal infection or if you are sexually active then STD’s need to be ruled out. You need to get a pelvic examination and a swab sample of the discharge done.

It is very difficult to pinpoint one diagnosis without clinical examination and cervix swabs or blood tests. So I feel that you should consult your gynecologist for a complete evaluation as treatment will depend on the diagnosis.
