Breast Issue

I am wondering if Paget's disease in my breast  is what I have. Itching, crusting on bumps of areola, tingling in right armpit. I saw a Gyno in Feb. and he felt no lumps, and thought everything normal. But I am not sure. Ointments help stop the itching. And the itching has slowed down to small twinges now and again, but still slight crust spots, and crust on the nipple - both breasts have that however. The right breast just has it more.

I have had itching off and on for years, but never anything big, just an occasional random itch. But within this past month, the itching has gotten bad enough to be noticeable. and the crusting seems new
