Itchy Nipples

Well recently, i have had trouble with skin issues. I suffer from Eczema anyway so dry itchy skin is quite normal. But i usually only get it on the inside of my elbow and its a lot better than it used to be.

But then i started getting itchy around my neck, then at my collar bone, then (i can't describe the location well) the skin next to your arm pits. But now my nipples are mega itchy.

Like some times it's so unbearable i just have to scratch them. They look dry, flaky and sore. At one point one got so dry i cracked and bled.

But even more recently the area around the nipple is itchy to... I've tried creams and maybe i don't use them enough but  i still want to know what it could be or what may have caused it. I'm pretty sure i haven't changed anything that could have been the cause so ... any help?

I use hydrocortisone that my doctor prescribed. And gold bond eczema lotion. I'm in college and ever since I got here and a little before my nipples have been driving me crazy. Usually my eczema is my legs, the inside of my elbow, my stomach/back and my chest that itches but, my nipples just started itching. To the point where the skin around them get raw and sore but they still itch :(. I can't stand it. The itching gets worse at night. I recommend taking cold showers. Especially when shaving.
