Ladies over 60

Hi I have been reading all the messages you have been putting on here about Menopause, I am 63, I have spotting every now and then, still have the sweats bad, anyone out there around my age still having this

A friend of mine's mom didn't go through menopause until age 67.  It's defined as being a whole year without a period, so maybe she did what you are doing, just spotted every now and then.  She had a lot of children, so maybe that delayed her menopause ... after all, for each child, her eggs were asleep for nine months.  It doesn't seem such a bad thing except for the sweats, because the effects are good for your bones.  Good luck!

I'm not your age, but my mother is. She is 63 and she is still having hot flashes. She calls them trips to hell. She hasn't had a pd. in many years. They are getting better though.
