Large Blood Clots!

Im a little worried. I got my period this morning and i noticed that i have a lot of really big blood clots. The first few were just on my tampon when i took it out but then i had several large ones that when i took my tampon out the fell into the toilet. Ive never had this before. My medical history that has to do with my mentrual cycle is i have a history of ovarian cysts. None of them have been severe but have been painful to the point where they have landed me in the hospital. I also has one that burst that landed me in the hospital. I also have a history of very bad menstrual cramps. I was on birth control from september of 2011 until april of 2012. I went off because my fiance and i are trying to get pregnant. Can anybody tell me if this is normal or should i be worried. The several big ones that dropped into the toilet scared me so im not sure what to do or say at this point.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For your symptoms endoemtriosis should be ruled out. Symptoms of endometriosis include pelvic pain(usually before menstruation but sometimes during intercourse, urination or defecation), sometimes diarrhea or constipation, irregular or heavy menstrual bleeding, sometimes blood in the urine and inability to conceive.
You should get this possibility evaluated from a gynecologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Wat u should do is go to the doctor and tell them that u want to get a tretment for your cysts cause u want to get pregnant and start distracting urslef with other things and not a baby and if u have a chiguagua it better cause they get u distracted cause they are like little babies and with some hormones with the treatment and a puppy in less than six month u will consive but don't take any more birth control cause that causes more damage on overies and excelerate cysts
