Late period

The last time I had my period was around June 7th. (I don't keep track) I just started tennis 2 weeks ago. I have been heavily excersising 2 and a half hours Monday - Thursday. I am a little scarred because im a little over 10 days late. Would it be normal?
I also started my period 4 years ago.

Well Im still a teen. Scince I haven't kept track, I'm not too sure if i'm regular or not.
Im on vacation and in school we would have PE for 45 mins a day 5 times a day.
1 month and a half later I started tennis and now i'm heavily excersising 2 and a half hours for 4 days.
