Late period...

I am now 13 days late on my period. I am very much intuned with my body and I always track my periods. I have never (not even when I was pregnant with my twins) been 13 days late. I took a test after 5 days, 8 days and 12 days. They have all come out negative. Some days I have a little bit of cramps which makes me feel like its coming but when I check nothing. My breast are sore but they usually get sore the week of and/or the week before my period comes. I was a little nausous yesterday but I am not sure if its all on my mind. I am scared to play the waiting game, since I do know and understand how important the first month of conception is. The first time I got pregnant it ended in a miscarrige and after that I was blessed with twins. The first test I took was a really cheap dollar store one..the other was a store brand and the most recent was an e.p.t test. I have no health insurance at this time. And most of the locations near me that give pregnancy test are urine test (which I know will come out negative). Could I be pregnant? Would I just need a blood test done?? please any advice or respond is helpful at this point.

Well I went to the hospital and they did another urine test and blood work and I sonogram to see whats going on. But everything came up negative so I am really not sure of what is going on at this point. Im pretty sure that if I was pregnant even if the blood test n urine test were negative a sonogram would show something. But I'm really scared now because my period was due on the 3rd of this month  and here we are on the 20th and nothing.
