Long Spotting / Period

Hi, I'm 33 years old and I've been spotting/light period for a month.  My GYN did the pelvic exam, blood test and pelvic ultrasound sound and they came out nornal.  He then put me on provera for 5 days to stop the bleeding.  However, the pills made me bleed even more so my mom gave me some herbal tea and the bleeding stop.  Even though it stops, I always feel like blood will be coming out when I was standing or walking for awhile.  After one week, I saw light pink spotting when I wipe.  Do you think I have cysts or fabroids or Endometriosis???  Should I go back to my dr and request more test?  what type of tests do I need?  I requested CT scan last time but he refused due to the fact that I don't have other syptoms such as pain, heaving bleeding, weak, etc.

I need to add a little more info on this.  I'm not on any birth control and I've been trying to conceive.  I wonder if this problem will prevent me from being pregnant?
