Low FSH and LH levels

I recently had blood work done to see why I am losing hair at age 30. My doc told me I was not producing estrogen. The LH level was 0.0 & the FSH level was <0.3. She has referred me to an endocrinologist, but it will be another month before I can get in. I'm on Seasonale, and healthy other than the hormone levels, and will be getting married next month. I want someone to tell me what those levels mean and what could be causing it since my doc ruled out insulin, cholesterol, and thyroid. Thanks.
