Lump in Groin after Melanoma Removed

I just discovered a lump in my groin.  It seems to be the same site that I had a lymph node dissected after having a mole removed from my right buttock which was a Stage I Melanoma.   I am trying to find out if it is something I should be worried about.

I don't need to remind you how serious melanoma is. Don't wait and wonder. Please mention to your doctor and get it checked out. It may be an irritation or small infection but why risk it. You'll sleep better at night if you know.
