I have a neck cramp and I am about 1-2 months pregnant what kind of pain medicine can I take?

Definitely Tylenol. Aspirin is a huge no-no, and I'm pretty sure Advil, Aleve, and all those anit-inflammatories are as well. Tylenol may not bring the most relief, but at least you can rest assured that it is safe for your baby.

Tylenol is the safest. I was always told this by my doctors when I was preg.
