Menopause like symptoms after surgery

I had surgery quite a few months ago to remove a teratoma tumor that my OB/GYN doctor found on my ovary after several ultrasounds and over a year of terrible pain. She had planned to make a 2 inch incision above my pubic bone instead of going in with a scope in hopes of saving my ovary because of my age (21). During the surgery she was shocked to find that there was no trace of the teratoma on my ovary and ended up searching the entire area to be sure there was nothing harmful left in there. In the end my ovary was left alone and nothing was removed. She said this was very odd and had never happened before. While recuperating i started to have night sweats and hot flashes pretty often, but when i went back for my post-surgery check-up she said it was normal and should go away. It's been a long time since I've been back to the doctors and while my night sweats aren't as often i still get a lot of hot flashes. I've also noticed that I've had some pretty bad mood swings within these past months that are bothering me pretty badly. Mostly i notice that i have been really irritable, have no patience, and seem to get angry/depressed over the smallest things. Also sometimes i get really weepy for no reason or feel extremely overwhelmed. Since my surgery I've also noticed that i have pretty bad fatigue, as in i'm constantly tired no matter how much sleep i get. I have no periods because I have been on the IUD Mirena for about 3 years now, but i do have spotting and pain after intercourse. I've been feeling pretty bloated for a while and nothing i do helps it, makes wearing anything other than sweatpants feel uncomfortable. I have also been having some pressure and sharp pain over the ovary that had the teratoma. Another thing that I've noticed is that i tend to have dizzy spells occasionally. Right now i'm pretty frustrated and don't really know what's going on. I plan to make a Doctors appointment within the week, but i would like to know if anyone has experienced this before or knows what's going on!
