It started back in March when I decided to do something about my weight, which was 202lb at the time. Since I started losing weight, I've been spotting every month around ovulation time. Sometimes it's barely noticeable if I'm having an off diet day, just a few specks on the toilet paper but other times it gets a little worse. During the past two months I've also been getting stomach cramps like I've got trapped gas, a pressured feeling in my lower abdomen and bouts of constipation or diarrhoea. I have had one month off from it when I wasn't very active and ate a bit more because I was holidaying abroad.
I want to know if it's normal to spot when you're losing weight. I have lost 80lbs so far.
