Miscarriage

I dont know if im going through a miscarriage. i've been having vaginal spottings for 2 days then after that i've been seeing vaginal bleeding(for about five days today), but its not heavy bleeding though. During the vaginal bleedings, i've seen what looks like flesh or blood clots?...im not sure but i've been having abdomin pain too but not heavy bleeding. Can u tell me what is going on?..and can a pregnancy test still show up positive as im going through a miscarriage because mine is...i've tested 3 times during the bleedings. Please tell me what is going on. i still have to wait about one more week to see the doctor.. im in very emotional pain amd continuosly worrying. whatever news its going to be i just want to hear it to get my concerns off my chest.

If you can't get in to see a doctor right away you might want to consider a trip to the emergency room. At least you can find out what is going on and get the proper care you need without having to wait a week to see the doctor. Both ladies who responded to your question are right. I hope this helps.

AnnieBrooke is right.  There is no way to know if you are having a m/c or not.  The only thing you can do is go to the Dr. and either have an ultrasound or get your levels checked a few times to see if they are doubling.
But there are so many women that have bleeding and continued to have a healthy pregnancy. I would call your Dr. back and see if you can get in sooner.  A lot of times they will work you in if you need to be seen sooner.  Just tell the reseptionist what is going on and that you need to be seen sooner.
Good luck and I hope everything turns out to be ok!

A test for pregnancy could still show a positive during a miscarriage.  Is this a wanted pregnancy?  If so, I'm so sorry to hear you're going through this.  There is no way anyone on the Internet can tell you for sure if it is or is not a miscarriage, but there is nothing in your post that would rule it out.  Good luck, honey, see if they can get you in at the doctor's earlier and maybe give you an ultrasound.
