My breast hurt all the time and there are lumps.

Hi, I'm fifteen year old female (turning 16 this June) and noticed that my breast hurt all the time. I noticed it several months ago and thought it was just my underwire bra plus the pain at the time wasn't that severe so I quit wearing bra's in general and always wore a camisole under all of my clothes to help support my breast. The pain had gone away for the most part though it would return sometimes both during and not during my period (Note: I am definitely aware that breast pain is common during your period) and it was a moderately intense pain. Though on occasions during those few months occasions I would wear my underwire bra if I needed to wear a dress for something but that was it. Well about a month or two ago I had started wearing sports bras because the camisole just wasn't cutting it anymore and the pain returned though again not as intensely at first. Then in early-to-mid April I noticed a small lump in my right breast that was painful to touch so of course I had started freaking out thinking I could possibly have breast cancer, though after some quick research I concluded that was impossible and was probably just a natural growing lump so I left it alone and decided to check back on it in a week to see if it had gotten any bigger.

The next week I had checked on it was indeed bigger but there were more lumps and not just in my right breast but now also in my left breast and my left nipple ever so slightly inverted. The pain at this point had increased immensely though I had just gotten off my period (Note: typically last three to four days though sometimes five or even six). I still didn't decide that possible breast cancer could be the problem and figured it be best check on the lumps every three to four days.

Now some of the lumps have increased in size while others didn't change, there are a few more lumps though they are very small in size, both of my nipples have darken in color and are now a dark reddish pink, my right breast is now slightly bigger then my left one, and I have noticed some swelling in my armpit and collar bone areas. I still wear sports bra's though go bra-less on occasions and the pain has significantly increased and is just barley manageable. I told my mom about the pain though she had told me that it was just a sign that period was coming and that I should try to ignore it (Note: this was at the end of April and my period starts at the beginning of each month so saying it was just my period would be very logical for her to say). Though it's getting harder for me to ignore due to all the pain so now I'm here on this website trying to figure this out. I know breast cancer is highly unlikely due to my age and it just might be the natural growing lumps and the pain might be due to my sports bras being to small or something of that sort (Note: this probably unlikely as well as I was just measured and I am wearing the correct size), though I do have a slight history with breast cancer and I also have a huge history with just cancer in general (Note: As of right right now I have 9 family members who have died from cancer, 2 family who have survived it, one of them being my mom, and either 3 or 4 family members who are currently battling with it). Due to my history with cancer I want the thought of me having a type of cancer that is typically found in 40 year old women and is so rare in teenagers there is no data even collected for it to be blown out of the window. By the way thanks in advance for possibly responding to this thread, hopefully your diagnostics is not as serve as what I think mine to be.
