My mirena fell out the day of my ovulation could I be pregnant already?

So my mirena fell out the day I would begin to ovulate. I did have unprotected sex 3 days before it fell out but I feared the mirena was in the wrong spot a week prior because the stings were much lower then they ever were when I would check before. So I have been having some strong eary pregnacy symptoms such as very tender breast, dizziness, cramping, frequent urination, fatigue, im sensitive to smell or food advertions, and mood swings. My period is due in 3 days but I have taken an early pregnacy test but it was negative. Is there another explanation for my symptoms or could I be pregnant. I am going to wait a day or so to test again incase the hCG pregnacy hormone detected by the test is not sting enough yet to show on the test.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These symptoms can be due to hormonal imbalance . If you are apprehensive regarding the status of your pregnancy you can get it checked. Most home pregnancy tests that check urine beta-HCG are sensitive to 20-25 mIU/ml of HCG. The test can be positive anywhere from about 2-3 days prior to a missed menses to 4-5 days after, but usually it should be done 7-10 days past your missed period.

Otherwise you can get a serum HCG also done which is more specific than urine pregnancy test.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
