My period is 7 days late and now I’m worrying

My last period was December 22nd. My cycle is always always on time maybe a day before orna day after my expected date. I did have unprotected sex on January 8th. My bf always uses the pull out method and I know that doesn’t always work but it’s been working for us for years now. I know it’s a possibility that I could be pregnant but I’m praying that’s not the case. I’ve been having cramps and major bloating feelings super emotional but no period. I am on a low dose of Zoloft and ranitidine for acid reflux but that has never interrupted anything. I was also on antibiotics and Tylenol with codeine for some tooth issues about 2 weeks ago but I’m finished with that. I just feel bloated and look huge. If anyone has any suggestions of what this could be besides pregnancy. How much longer should I wait? The month is almost over. I’m just feeling stressed to the max and I wasn’t before all of this

Well, you had sex on day 18 of your cycle . . .  late for conception typically.  Periods can be late all the time and being sick, in pain, on meds---  this can cause that.  Stress, changes in routine, weight gain or loss too.  I'm guessing you are just late.  If you don't get your period in a full week, then go ahead and take a home P test.  But again, I am guessing you're just late.  good luck

Don't freak out!  It will be okay.  I doubt you are pregnant, hon.  No reason to panic before you have to.  Really.  I mean that.  Let me know how the appointment goes next week.
