My period is late but I don't think it's a pregnancy. Please help

I'm 20 years old and for as long as I can remember my period has been regular. I have an app that tracks it and it usually comes on the 28th day of my cycle. Today is the 33Rd day of my cycle and I haven't gotten my period. I don't have any of the usual symptoms, no aches, no mood swings, I'm not breaking out.
I don't think that I'm pregnant because I had been away from my boyfriend during ovulation and had sex only on the 24th day of my cycle and after.
I'm not sure why this is happening, I don't think I was stressed at all until this happened. Does any one have any ideas?
Could I be pregnant??

I would just take a pregnancy test to be safe. Although late periods can be cause by a number of things, including stress.
If you're still concerned I would talk to your gyno.

Several things make us late for our periods which include stress, illness, changes in routine, traveling (as you did), weight gain or weight loss and really, it can happen just out of nowhere.  Since you ARE late, you can take a home urine test to double check. If negative, wait one week and test again if your period doesn't show.  My guess is that it is late and will arrive sometime in the near future.
