My stomach growing bigger and my blood pressure is going down

Hi, I am 50. My stomach that was always flat, now is growing bigger and bigger like pregnant woman while my blood pressure is getting lower and lower and I almost fainted twice, feel tired and cant move sometimes, when drink coffee symptoms get worse, my blood pressure is lower than 100 now, when two months ago I had high blood pressure like 135-140. Gaining weight also, while hardly eat at all. Several months ago I also had rash all over the body like nettle rash. Five years ago I had B12 anemia, but the symptoms doesn't look like similar.
