Nausea, dizziness, panic attack

Hello,

Thankyou for this site.
I am a 24year old woman who suffers form numerous problems. I have had these problems for as long as I remember and through the years they get worse.
First off, I have constant nausea. I have never vomitted from this but it is taking a toll on my life. It get's worse when I get nervous or excited.

I also have a trembling in my hands, it comes and goes. It becomes embarassing as I have to hide my hands. My doctor says it's a tremor.

I get dizzy constantly. I have fainted about 5 times in the past 5 years. Before I fait I get sweaty and hot, I hear a ringing in my ear and then I am out cold, but few minutes after I am fine.

I have been told that I am suffering from pannic attacks, and I do worry alot.I worry about everything, I think I have stomach cancer or HIV or lord knows what.
I am on no medication right now, as my doctor just gave me a number for someone to "talk to".
Is there anything I can do to help the dizziness and nausea, my entire life seems to revolve aorund it!

To me you sound very depressed, having a Schizoid personality. Do ask your docs to think about SCHIZOPHRENIA TOO & if needed see a Psychiatrist.

Hope you get well.

Thankyou for your answers and opinions.
I saw my doctor yesterday, this all started 7 years ago when my mom suffered a severe stroke. I became depressed and anxious from that moment on. It is depression, not schophrenia (?) I am just worried b/c I have never know anyone else to have "attacks" as bad as I do.

hi. i myself have some of those symptoms although not quite as severe (dont faint, or visibly shake) but have mild form of social anxiety disorder. i get those symptoms... nervousness, sweaty, shakes, heart races, stomach ache when i think about or have to attend some function/gathering. i feel as if im being judged, critiqued, i care way too much about others and what they think, how they view me and that need to be perfect. its all very exhausting and can run your life. it does sound like you have some form of anxiety. panic disorder? you also mentioned you think often times something is physically wrong.  my friends sister is on some meds for hypochondria because she worries/panics all of the time about if she or her kids has an ailment. Hope this helps.

Hello,

Ask your docs to keep "DYSAUTONOMIA" in their minds while searching for other causes for your symptoms.

It might help.

Good Luck.
