Not a UTI, yeast infection, or bv then what is it?

Right before christmas, i went to the STD clinic that's by my school and got checked for a yeast infections since my discharge was abnormal and the smell was horrendous. I was tested positive for yeast so they told me to buy monistat 3, which i did; it got rid of the infection, but now i have a funky smell. i just went today to get checked for bv and i was negative for HIV, gonorrhea, chlamidiya, yeast, trich, and bv. the doc said that every woman's vagina looks, smells, tastes, and works differently and that i shouldn't worry. however, once i came home, i decided to have a little fun down there and orgasmed a good 2 times and my vagina started smelling very acidic and fishy (i know the vagina is very acidic as well, but it just didn't smell like it did 2 hours before that). i'm a 17 year old girl who hasn't been sexually active that much ever since these problems came along (about 4 months ago...) and i don't want some boy sniffing my vag and being disgusted. anybody have any tips??
